There are too many pop up windows. With so many you just don’t read them any longer. Also instead of giving hours of play time more gives like hammer, switch hand, etc when spending the wheel.

Love this game but it’s too expensive to buy extra coins or to play on. Not enough opportunities to earn helpful “extras”. And the “wheel” for additional gifts should be allowed more frequently.

Many errors in the program. The math doesn’t always add correctly. Tokens are awarded for races/games that are closed. Several times I’ve been asked to rate the game and no place for input ever came up. All very unprofessional.

Update with party time

I enjoy this game a lot! I just don’t like the recent update with the party time earnings. Before every time you hit a milestone you had 2 hours of unlimited lives and now it just gives you 15 min of an extra feature. It’s also been a while since you gave your players unlimited lives just randomly

I have been having an on-going issue for several months that in-game COMPLETELY REFUSES to resolve! Every single time I try to report the issue (over & ver again) they NEVER responded & do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHATSOEVER but close the conversation! How, exactly, does that resolve anything? Extremely unprofessional & just goes to show how useless they are! UPDATE: How many times do I have to explain it to you? I COMPLETELY REFUSE to CONTINUE telling you what I have ALREADY CLEARLY STATED MULTIPLE TIMES! If you COMPLETELY BLANTANTLY REFUSE to answer/resolve it in-app what makes you think I’d believe you’d answer/resolve it off-app? I am COMPLETELY FED-UP will how you have COMPLETELY IGNORED me! What part of THAT is so hard for you to understand? ANOTHER UPDATE: I had deleted & reinstalled the Cookie Jam game/app on 1/16/21 but the notification dot NEVER goes away yet there are NOT ANY notifications! Why won’t it go away? There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER for that & it is EXTREMELY ANNOYING seeing/having it for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHATSOEVER! I am COMPLETELY FED-UP with the BLANTANT LACK of support I have been getting with this! It is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE & WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! What part of that do you not understand? YET ANOTHER FOLLOW-UP: I had ALREADY filled out your form but STILL HAVE NOT gotten a response! The wheel ‘jumps’ or skips A LOT or kicks out of the spinning round. Always seems to happen when it is near the money wedge. I won’t buy coins just to play a game therefore it’s very hard to win games. Discouraging to play the same level over and over....
