I can’t complain one bit about this game. BUT CAN YOU PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE UPDATE THE GRAPHICS????? That’s it and that’s all the vibe is so boring.

I recently purchased a new phone and when they set it up I lost my levels in Cookie Jam - I was very disappointed! I reached out to the customer support team via the Facebook page and they worked with me and restored my levels!! You guys are AWESOME! I appreciate your consistency and all your help! Thank you ?

Too many ads

Ads are too long, far too many, require too many buttons to push. Your new ads change the screen orientation. Very annoying! I’ve been playing a long time(years), I’m looking for a replacement now. Love the game but it’s not worth the aggravation

Loading Problem

I believe with the new updated version of Cookie Jam there is a loading problem. I am able to play several games before the loading problem happens. The only way I can restore the game is to delete the app and reinstall. This problem or glitch needs to be corrected. I love playing the game but this problem is very annoying.
