I had almost 20000 points or coins (whatever they are called) and was on at least level 140. I updated the app lost my coins and it out me back to level 1

Today I woke up to play this like I do everyday, when I noticed it completely changed!!! I have spent 7$ to get up to level 127 and now I'm at level 1 again!! Not to mention how ugly the set up is now Good bye cookie crush mania! To the black hole of apps you go!!

Used to be great. Update is awful plus I lost everything! The update was a bug fix? I think they created a worse problem..... Please .."unfix" what you did! You ruined the game!

Like the game. Enjoyed playing the game every day. I liked the original setup and I like progress I was doing.. WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE FORMAT OF THIS GAME AND NOW IT IS TERRIBLE.. DO NOT LIKE this GAME as it is!!!! I am extremely disappointed It was 5 now it is1 Terrible

I used to play this every chance I got. But now it won't open up. It tells me it's loading, then nothing. Deleted app, downloaded again. Still nothing. This on both my iPad and my iPhone. What gives????
