Horrible app

Absolute garbage app unless you pay.

Fabulous App!

MommaBear of 4 Babies

Used this to count and track my contractions for labor this time. Great app and I didn’t even mind the pop up adds. Also liked that you can delete a logged contraction if it turns out to be a falsey; which I had some during my latent labor.

Advertisements

It’s really unfortunate they allow a running advertisement at the bottom for lawyers stating “find out who is to blame for your childbirth injury”! This isn’t what women want to see as they labor and not what providers want to recommend. Yuck.

Easy way to track Contractions

Egomethod

If your partner is having a contraction just hit the button. When it stops hit the button again. The app tracks the timing in between them and each contractions length. It even gives you a notification to head to the hospital as they get long enough and short enough in between.

I really liked the features this app had to offer. It’s not worth it if you are going to use the trial version because ads will pop up when you’re trying to track your contractions and that gets super frustrating!

Ads played between contractions

I downloaded this app in a rush as my water broke and I started having contractions. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to go into labor and be timing EXTREMELY painful contractions 2-3 minutes a part and having ads pop up that I have to skip and mute. Ads that aren’t even relevant to giving birth. Very frustrating. I could hardly breathe and focus on getting through each contraction. No reason why the free version should have ads that play while you are using the app.

Saved me!

earthscandy

I wasn’t familiar with counting contractions even though this was my second child. This app told me when to start heading to the hospital and thankfully I listened because five hours later I had my little one safely in a hospital with just enough time to receive an epidural! This app literally saved me from a traumatic birth story and gave me the reassurance to show to a busy ER (during a pandemic) at midnight!

The ads!!!

MadisonMKemp

This app is ridiculous. I was in the car on the way to the hospital yesterday having really fast and furious contractions and the app kept serving me video ads that I had to wait through before I could close them and start/stop the timer. Terrible way to include ads when your product is needed during such a potentially intense time.
