What does this app really do?

I wanted to move contacts from one group to another to sync with iCloud. FYI... It does not do that. Asks matter of fact I have yet to figure out what this app is really intended for. It's not intuitive and there isn't any instructions. It was a waste of money for me.

Free limit is 60 contacts

Would be nice if the app creator specifically mentions that the free version only lets you sync 60 contacts, instead of wasting our time with installing then running the app and hoping it works only to get a paywall. Horrible experience.
