I hit one button to say backup and they charged me $14.99!!! I was never told there would be a $14.99 fee - nor any fee for that matter. Judging from the other comments and complaints in their FAQ page, I’m likely never going to get my money back.

You can’t do anything with the free version! Literally nothing, if you try it prompts you to buy the $10 version and wont do the function you asked. HORRIBLE APP don’t waste your time

Program is written in a hurry. It does the job up to some point. However, they will make you first get the Cleaner Pro. You think it is Ok. But, instead of $2.99, they charge you $9.99 subscription. You may cancel it but your money is already gone. This developer shouldn’t be allowed to operate at the iTunes. You cannot even write the review of Cleaner Pro. If you don’t notice, they will charge you$9.99 for a lifetime.

Why do I have to pay for deleting my contacts?! It’s not worth to pay for this kind of service. I would better recommend to go further in the list of apps to find another one, that gives the opportunity to delete contacts for free and sets no limit, like I did.
