Can’t Find the Backup.

I backed up my iPad contacts so that I could send them to my windows laptop. The program says they are backed up in some funny numbered store. No facility to select .csv or vCard format. The Help function was useless. I simply cannot find them. Grrrr

No instructions. Create and open the backup, but sending it anywhere as a backup will not work. The backup is 0 bytes when it is opened. I did not pay for premium, so false advertising if it only works if you pay for the FREE app
