Unable to sign in with Apple ID

I am able to use Apple ID to sign in to the Confluence cloud website and iPhone app; but I’m not able to sign using the iPad app

You can’t link anything

telephag

Unless I’m missing something, I can’t actually insert a link to a web page or another Confluence doc. What?! Confluence is a wiki. Wiki’s are made up of links between pages. What in the actual heck, Atlassian? Also, I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. I don’t want to hit the Share icon twice just to copy a link to a page. 99% of the time I hit share I want to copy the link or share it to Slack, but instead I get some weirdo built in mail client. My heart hurts. Why must you forsake me for wanting to actually use this app for work.

Mobile app seriously limits what you can do

Greg From Seattle

Mobile app does not allow the same editing available on web. There is no point using it when you can’t have all the functionality available.

Wonderful app

Lets face it. Atlassian can be OVERWHELMING for the individual user. But if your like me, you like infrastructure. Atlassian makes figuring out how to use their products about as hard as finding Atlantis at times. But once you find it, it is Golden. Jira is a stand alone app for Agile users and dev teams. You should have a working knowledge of Agile and/or XP programming to make the most of all the stories and epics. BUT this is Confluence. Are they different? YES! But they connect. Confluence is like the document/company blogspace. It can do a lot. Directions and more. Bitbucket is for storing your code. That too connects to Jira and Confluence. Jira - Agile Teams development sprints Bitbucket - Cloud storage of code and builds Confluence- Documentation USE all 3. But do yourself a favor and Learn Agile/XP. You will be happy you did because without it most of the tools will seem like overkill. Atlassian makes tools that can power businesses but also gives the individual user power to wield if they know how to.

Gives a like every time i visit a page

Marcusantonnio

This app is ideal for viewing only and even for that it is having a issue that it gives like to the pages i just visited.

Kinda confusing, just like the rest of the ecosystem

I have to say that confluence is very powerful and probably better than any of the alternatives, but quirks abound and they’re a different set of quirks for the iOS app than from the web app so be prepared to invest some time figuring out this interface.

Doesn’t support all the features. Wish it would open Jira app when you click on issues link from confluence app. It takes you to safari browser and asks you to login to Jira web app. What’s the point of installing Jira then.

mandatory download just so i can add replies to articles. theres no reason this app needs to exist

Pages don’t look like they do on the web

DustSquid

Links to Jira are urls instead of informational. Basically a poor substitute.
