Multiple bugs and misinformation, Only useful for restroom locations

Linking annual pass tickets bought in person is broken, link does nothing. Cannot make reservations to tours in the app Events view breaks and repeats itself when scrolled too fast Map icons are all the same color for different types of icons, making it not useful for finding anything Overall hard to use due to no UI thought. Overall useless due to bugs. Very annoying that volunteers recommend to use the app to get information, when the app is broken. Some ticket links take you to actual event tickets and cost (ax throwing), but other links take you to the admission ticket page and don’t list the actual price of the ticket (horse-drawn coach ride), so why bother? The app offers a true colonial experience of being miserable

Every time I clicked on the app to use it it immediately kicked me out after 2 seconds. I have seen and heard other people having this experience as well. This is probably just a bug, but still please fix it.

Tried it twice. Deleted it and started over. Will not allow me to register. Needs to be fixed.

App ticket ordering is broken. When you try to order, it generates an error message even though the tickets are actually booked. This resulted in my ordering 4 sets of tickets. Colonial Williamsburg was then very reluctant to refund the excess purchase. Phone support was no help, and the visitor’s center workers were reluctant to refund. Total mess.

I really couldn’t find any good use for this app. The map shows where you are, sort of, but only labels the major streets and none of the buildings. Maybe it would help if you were totally lost, but it’s useless for just finding your way around like a typical tourist. I didn’t bother to explore any other features because we were busy enjoying the town. Don’t bother with this app.

Maybe it just won’t work without allowing it access to your location information, but the old version did. I have location services turned off for all apps. For whatever reason, it will not load. Reinstalled twice to no effect.

No Stinkin' Sync

For whatever reason when I click on tickets, it takes me to tickets for the Art Museum but NOT Colonial Williamsburg proper. What’s up with that?

This app seems to be stuck in the 18th century. It’s primary purpose is to keep track of selling things, not enriching ones experience. There isn’t even a tab for dining — no info on restaurants, menus, reservations— nothing. But you CAN upload your credit card info. Deleting...

I have an account with CW, and bought tickets through their website. But there is no way to get the tickets onto the app. I ended up having to go there in person and speak with a representative. But she could not help me with the app. She ended up printing my digital tickets for me. I ended up deleting the app. It was useless, and honestly buggy.
