I’ve downloaded a video a friend of mike sent to me and haven’t been able to see it. No Instructions on what to do after the download is done, so I’m here trying to guess what to do. I thought I could download and watch the video, but nothing is happening. HORRIBLE!

Doesn’t work. Useless. Gives you the link and then when you go to download the content on a desktop it says the board is “updating.” Genuinely would have been better if wetransfer just let you use their site on a mobile phone. Really frustrating.

This is garbage we need the old WeTransfer. This is doing too much. I am trying to send big video files & I can’t anymore ?♀️?♀️

What a lifesaver! I’d tried other video transfer apps and WeTransfer beat them all hands down. Streamlined, no way to mess up at all! Great job WeTransfer!
Terrible, avoid if possible

Tried to download files sent from someone else — does not work in the app. Completely waste of time. Use Dropbox instead.
Deleted my files after update.
