Will not download!

I get to 80% and it kicks me off. I’ve done it 4 times now! I don’t receive the .zip file either!! It’s extremely disappointing as there are pics of my daughters trip and per those we bought the pics from, the download is only good for 7 days. Beyond irritated and disappointed!
Way too difficult with iPad

My friends who use this ap with their android find it easy. Using these “boards” they only process. Never send. A waste of time.

I cannot load what I want onto the app. From photo shoots I’ve had they do not seem to transfer. Quite frustrating

If you use the desktop version to transfer large files for professional use, then the app will confuse you. The app is a kind of weird Pinterest product for sharing boards. I’m not interested in a social media style app - I just want to be able to use the product to make large transfers. The app has none of the functionality of the desktop version. Totally useless and a confusing waste of time.
