SCAM STAY AWAY App stole my money, in violation of terms of service

I signed up for the app, forced to basically or couldn’t leave the screen — it said “3 day trial” then automatically signed me up for a year subscription. Where’s my 3 day trial? This is deceptive practice I want a full refund but of course why would I get that? Don’t download this app they will steal your money. They pay for reviews.

I love my Collage App. I use it almost everyday. We celebrate office birthdays and often times take 15 or more pictures of the special persons day! I make collage and send it to Walgreens to print as an 8x8 print. Then hobby lobby carries the white or black 8x8 frames; what a priceless gift to give! And it all starts with this app! And the new up grade is amazing! To be able to record- wow! Thanks for your upgrades! A happy user♥️ Molly

No response from developer email for support

I’m a paying customer and have not got any response from developer on an issue. I spent nearly an hour making a video in the Video Edit tool and now there is no way to actually get the video out of the app. I can only save as draft which doesn’t save it to My Projects like some previous release notes say it will. No export button like some other portions of the app. So frustrating.
