No response from developer email for support – Collage Maker - LiveCollage Review

I’m a paying customer and have not got any response from developer on an issue. I spent nearly an hour making a video in the Video Edit tool and now there is no way to actually get the video out of the app. I can only save as draft which doesn’t save it to My Projects like some previous release notes say it will. No export button like some other portions of the app. So frustrating.
