This App is Frustrating!

This app makes me bonkers. I feel like I have to use it to arrange collaborations with specific influencers and brands who use Collabor8 exclusively, but it has so many glitches that it's basically useless. The navigation functions disappear randomly and often, leaving me stuck with no way to get to the home screen. When I try to reset it by deleting and reinstalling the app, none of my information is saved and I have to build a new profile. Additionally, any contacts or active collaborations I have are lost. I represent a brand, so I register as a brand. Unfortunately, this registration category only allows me to browse influencers; I cannot determine whether or not there's a way for me to view and collaborate with other brands. Brand to brand communication is the main reason I installed the app in the first place. I feel like this app could be fantastic and very useful with further development and added features. As it is now, though, using this app has only been a waste of my time and a major source of frustration. Arranging collaborations in general is difficult enough and at this point, the Collabor8 app just makes the process worse.

Such a simple straight forward platform to connect my brand with social media influencers to help me grow. The developers are constantly rolling out updates and improvements to the app as it continues to grow. It's amazing to be able to instantly connect with such a large variety of users. I think the future of this app will be outstanding.

Since the last update I've been having ghost collaborate request and ghost acceptances. The app has also been accepting collaborates for me which is a major problem especially if I'm not interested in collaborating. Please fix this, and soon.

I want to start off by saying I never write reviews for apps, it's just not something that interests me because I don't get compensated for my time. That being said, I felt that it was necessary to share about this app. COLLABOR8 Seems like an amazing idea & as an influencer should give me new opportunities that I wouldn't get on other platforms because this works with (mostly) smaller brands so the odds are better that I would get selected. I spent lots of time going through and selecting the brands/products I would like to work with. Fairly simple part of the process. Then, you just have to wait for a brand to also pick you. Almost like a dating app in that style; if you both "like" each other you match. Well I've matched with plenty of brands but no one ever gets back to me. I would understand if they went with another creator first but I'm talking EVERY BRAND that matched with me. I'll even send a simple message along the lines of "glad we matched, look forward to working together" and never hear anything back. So is this the apps fault? I'm not sure really.. I wish I could just say it's the brands not getting back to me but it could be that the app never notifies them that they matched with another influencer. I have no idea what the brand accounts see on there side, if it's the same layout that I see, ect. Hopefully Collabor8 can fix these flaws as there is still potential for this app to become more we'll know and for people to actually use this app IF it was WORTH their TIME.

Love this app and really enjoy working with influencers who can promote my brand.

Great idea and intentions, needs more oversight.

There needs to be some sort of review process so that not every single person can join. The place is pretty saturated with people selling their pyramid schemes, making it tough to get to the good stuff. That said, there are a lot of good opportunities so long as you're willing to sort through a lot of bad ones.

Customer service is lacking

The app constantly has glitches. I could of dealt, but main concern is that there is no filtering for people that are scamming others. As a brand, we sent product to an influencer and they never got back to us.. free product.. with nothing in exchange? After multiple emails and Collabor8 messages we got nothing. Obviously someone was just looking for free stuff.. got in touch with the team at Collabor8 and they said they'd reach out to the influencer but never got back to me again. We sent Collabor8 proof with screen shots and the 'agreed' upon terms created through the app. However Collabor8 never got back to us and the influencer still has a collaborate account.. Seems like a huge phishing scam if nobody is willing to help out.
