Update only shows coins since April

Have enjoyed the app, but since the update the app only shows your coins since April. 6 month and YTD still show only since beginning of April. Please fix
New update literally destroyed it

********** Updated review 4/25 and 4/28. Still being ignored by the company, no response to emails. Data deleted and app broken. ********** The new update destroyed the one part of this app that gave it an edge over similar apps, the portfolio tracking. After the update, it somehow deleted half the time I’ve been using it, now it only goes back to the beginning of April. Also now when adding or removing new coins, it counts it as profit or loss the same way it would count if the rest of the coins were to rise/decrease. I used to use this app because when adding or removing coins it would sync with the rest of them and show me what my real profit/loss is. Now it’s completely wrong. Not only that, but suddenly it only shows prices on the hour now in the 24hour graph when it used to show the time down to the minute, and only by DAY in longer graphs... I don’t know what they were trying to do but unless it’s fixed this app is really at the bottom of the competition. Adding this to the fact that it locks your portfolio when it reaches $5000, something no similar app does, and hides the majority of current cryptocurrencies, is just sad. Update 4/25/2018: ************ So I contacted support, and was told to send in the video of my problem. I sent it, which showed not only how all of my data before March 30th had been completely deleted, but that when adding/removing coins the P/L calculator is destroyed and spikes/drops in price when adding/removing coins and assets. I was also told that yes, the update did in fact cause this. After I sent the video containing the evidence, I never received an email back. I sent it on the same day I received my last and only reply from this company, Thursday April 19th. I then sent another email days later on Sunday to ask if I should be expecting a reply at all, and to this day have still not received a reply. This seems incredibly unprofessional, as the majority of my data was literally erased, and the app rendered nearly useless for me. Considering the sensitivity and importance of data in this type of application, I strongly advise caution for anyone considering using this app/dealing with this company, as I am now being ignored after having sent in the requested video evidence. I would be more than satisfied with a way to return to the previous version of the app with my data recovered and the working P/L calc, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon. ************
Paid for app, service always freezes

I paid for a service which is not received because the app always freezes with the loading wheel spinning. I am sure there are better paid apps out there that are reliable.
I wish it was like when I first downloaded it...

Because it was great. I could add API Keys and have it read the info from my online wallets, it would read my Coinbase amount....it was a great app. Then an update came along and now it won’t read any of it. I can’t even sign in because I get an error that says it’s in the wrong format?!?!? It’s an email and password. They’re in the very format THEY’VE ALWAYS BEEN since the beginning of sign in time. My API Keys just gives me a pop-up that says “Error”. Not what kind, nothing. It was keeping my portfolio updated with the fluctuations in market. No more. It’s like it’s stuck. I don’t know what you guys did, but you ruined a really great app.

Update ruined it. Used to be able to see price without having to open app. Now you have to open the app just so you can see the wheel spin and time out. Garbage.

I am using the paid version and after the latest update this thing takes forever to update if it updates at all. Always locking up and the portfolio graph on the home screen will not load at all. (This went away 2 updates ago)

The app front end is great but it no longer works. Portfolio updates are broken for what it seems to me bad update releases. The backend which makes the calls seems to be completely crashing and can’t take the load. It seems to be a small dev team with no clue on functionality and load testing. How can an app with such popularity not have alerting turned on letting them know their systems have issues and/or are down. Not a good way to keep customers.
