My friend transferred to me a small amount last Dec 8, 2017 but i have not received it. Same day, i sent message to Coins via chat support and via email. There was not even a single reply. Their chat support is active but no one is responding. Just.Too.Bad

This is by far the worst bitcoin wallet app I've ever used. They have horrible customer service it says “they will be back later today” and three days later still no response. The fee to transfer bitcoins to a different is outrageous. I can’t even transfer my money out of their account without losing over half of my money. Strongly do not recommend this app. On top of that I sent my money to a different account a week ago and its still not there and they still don't answer my messages. Now I lost all my bitcoins. I wish I could give this app negative stars.
