As far as i remember, before your maintenance i can open my app using my pin number and even my fingerprint sensor. But now i can’t, what happen? Please check :(

i did all the requirements to reach a level 3 account.then i received money thru western union..when i tried to cash out my money they said i reach my limit, and this is my very first time receiving and cashing out..so i emailed their support team they said i have to schedule an interview for further verification..so i did, i was scheduled after a month for interview..that was april 20. i sent them everything they asked me to, they said to wait 5-10 business days..which i did... i emailed them again after 15 days they said that it may take longer if they have to review some stuff. Bottom line until now i still didnt hear anything from them...cant take my money out...???

I hope you can add a tracker for the crypto wallet in the app so we can monitor easily the changes in the currencies. A tracker that we can put in the widgets in the home screen would be great.
