Hands down the easiest app I’ve used to buy and sell crypto. They supported all the crypto assets I was looking for and made the process to buy, sell, and trade crypto super intuitive. Love that I can use my BTC to jump into the DeFi game through their BTC <> WBTC conversion?

Why is there no link to CoinList Pro? Is it because fees are much higher on CoinList than CoinList Pro there is no easy way to go from one to the other even though account credentials are the same? Otherwise a simple app

Did everything correctly through plaid to link my bank, twice. Both times it returned to the app, where the “link bank account” button kept spinning and spinning and spinning as if it were eventually going to link the account. After trying this twice for ten minute, gave up and deleted the app. Check your code before releasing new builds. Improve your UX.
Easy to use but...

It ease of use with this platform was great. Not a lot of knowledge needed to get started. But I had an issue withdrawing. Coinlist provider a transaction number. But the blockchain had no record of it. It was resolved after a week and a second email to their support. Now when I log in... Anything I try to do, I get "you are not authorized to perform this action" I have reached out to coinlist about this. Here I am about a week later and no response other than the auto message saying they received my ticket. I tried to check the link from the email about btue status of my problem and it shows a blank page. I'klstick to coinbase for a while. Coinlist isn't a bad platform. But the customer service isn't that great. remembered to do your research before investing.

Hello, just simply cannot logging because of your app log in schema gets an internal browser that don’t match with the safari browser and the email you sent to approve new device never match with the browser requirements. I have better experience logging in the mobile web. The app just don’t work.
