No Customer Service

Losemessenger

You have to surrender your SSN with Coinlist to get an account. With that kind of information it is important to know that the service is legitimate. It has been 3 weeks since I sent in my information and my account has not been established nor has customer service responded via email. Very shady and not recommended!

Get. This. App.

Love the notifications, never miss a market move!

No support

brgold1982

I have been waiting months for a response from their support team. They say they will have support within 7 days, and in my experience it has been a flat out lie.

Can’t login to app

Rylee35

Same problem as other reviewer. You can’t open the confirmation email within the browser within the app. Makes no sense. So I can’t login to the app.

Worst Customer Service and Continuous Outages

Ralasrik

A ticket was opened with them 8weeks back and no one cared to look into it. Frequently withdraws are blocked due to issues. There are better places to trade

Pending Verification for months, no support

Andrew J Werner

Verification has been “Pending” for months. Support never replied to any tickets! I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed!

Unusable

walker0212

Waste of time. Can’t log in. Device verification doesn’t work. This has to be a joke. Stay away from this.

So far so good!

No issues at all using this app. Just one minor thing: Can you guys make the bottom nabvar a bit thicker? Just a bit of padding top and bottom would make it look better, and would make it easier to tap on the tabs. Thanks.

User friendly? Haaaaa, no.

App is totally worthless. Try to sign in and then get prompted to click on an email link. Click on the link and it opens in Safari. Literally no way to get the app to work. And I’m supposed to trust these people with my coins? FOH.

Can’t log in to the app

Greg From Seattle

Login opens up a browser window, browser asks you to login in, then auth, then send an email. Opening the email sends you to a web page. When you go back to the app, you have to go through the cycle again.
