These games are fun and different. I am getting addicted playing these games from last two days.

Says you can sign up for an account without using a social media account (I have none) but then won't let me. I filled out all the info, but there's no submit or sign up button!

Very expensive and will not buy the full version. Since last upgrade can't even play the "free games" now! The option shows only a few free games but once u click it the screen is blank or reverts back to unlock full version. I used to like it this app.??

The new update is horrible and doesn’t work! I have a large Cognifit account and manage many patients. All of my patients who have updated their Cognifit app are no longer able to use their accounts including myself. I have sent the Cognifit help center 3 messages over the last 3 days and no one has responded. There is also no number to contact them. Horrible customer service for a product that I get charged for on autopay.

This is definitely one of the best apps I’ve tried for brain fitness. I had a question about a game and chatted with their customer support on the app. They were super helpful, which is pretty rare these days. Definitely recommend for anyone who is serious about keeping their brain in shape.

Easy to use, fun and I feel inspired to help my brain. I feel as if my memory is improving and it’s fun to use while waiting for the train or when I have some free time.

First off, it’s just too expensive. Second; when I tried to stop their emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the emails it took me to a page in Spanish with several options to choose from. I don’t speak Spanish so of course I couldn’t figure out how to discontinue the emails. I don’t think that was just a mistake.

This app definitely wasn’t developed by anyone in the medical field! I tried it because I do have MS & it never hurts to challenge oneself. However, this was an exercise in pure idiocy! I was told by Apple that the app was developed by designers, developers & the like. That’s obvious! If they asked anyone with seasoned medical experience how to address cognitive fitness in those with nuerological illnesses & conditions; this app would be much more comprehensive and assessment related. There would be feedback, intelligent challenges rather than word games & matching which angle a basketball is sitting at!! Don’t waste your time. There are much better brain fitness exercises out there!

Enjoyable app, I use it every time in am in a waiting line, or during a break. Super fun to see your progress throughout the week ! I am starting to see improvement :)
