No dual factor auth

themanchicken

Dual factor authentication is a best practice supported by CodeAnywhere. The developer of this app does not support dual factor authentication, and therefore this app - despite having great screenshots of functionality I cannot use - is useless to me.

The Coder That Almost Was...

Micshot

This app showed so much promise, but when I try to use it with a bluetooth keyboard and normally as you code you need to use the arrow keys to move the cursor around to fix things, this does not work. It's so annoying and difficult to have to tap where you want to go, it would be so much easier to just leave your hands on the keyboard to work.

No github support

Gator_Boss

In the tutorial it shows that you can use github but when you load in to the app it does not.

Cloud only

Bogatyr49

I understand offering sync options to those with cloud accounts but not having a local only option in a freaking TEXT EDITOR is ridiculous!

This app is the best ever!

Cai H.

Didn't know why some people give it a 1 star review. It's fast and user-friendly.

Worthless on iPad

Apotreptikos

How did this get into the AppStore? The editor doesn't work at all on the iPad. Buggy POS.

Mandatory cloud account for text editor??

Bogatyr49

I know everyone wants to add online support to everything these days... But it is a freaking text editor! No thanks.

Really The Best

ColtyKat

Code all the time and I use this app on the road. Meaning, when I don't have access to a PC. Primarily, if I have a need to fix something quickly, or if I have a brilliant idea that I need to test while I am walking around at Costco, I get my CodeAnywhere on. Any minor bug is hardly an issue. All major bugs have been remedied. This app is a useful lifesaver. Love it. Thanks CodeAnywhere.

TERRIBLE

lds865

Absolutely terrible, don't like the app, the company's customer service and support is even worse. Avoid this at all costs.

Keyboard issues

dcacu

The keyboard quits working after selecting an insertion point.
