This app is dreadful. Poor design makes it hard to read articles, won't even go into landscape mode on the iPad.
The app does not work

For two months now I have been unable to sign in to the app. Emailing the help desk is useless as they are as bewildered as me. So I called today and spent an hour on the phone with her. She was unable to get me in. She said there are major problems with Coastal Living app that Coastal Living is aware of and is working on it. I am so annoyed as I love this magazine. So don't know what to do.

Luv the paper version of this magazine. Have trouble downloading the digital version. It keeps wanting to charge me.

I can't get the whole magazine just a bunch of drinks. They didn't say there wouldn't be a complete magazine what a waste of time.
Good Magazine, Horrible App

For a long time the app worked great and mirrored the magazine with the benefit of links to stores and more. Then, as often happens, the geeks decide they want to muck with the code and there it goes. For at least the 10th time I've tried to log into the app with no luck. It finds my subscription, shows that it doesn't expire until 03/17 yet wants me to subscribe again. Don't waste your time on the app and don't believe the love fests posted by Time employees.

This publication has been around now for some time but it seems to have gotten a refreshing and much improved facelift. Articles are more varied and photography quality is great. A very good "go to" source for people living by the coast interested in the right decorating ideas but in all,enjoyable reading and glancing for anyone.
Where is current issue?

I have enjoyed this app, in conjunction with my print subscription, for several years. However, the current issue is not available on the app. Very frustrating!

Do yourself a favor and ignore the negative feedback. If you get the hard copy of the magazine (which I do) I love that I can take the magazine with me on our boat, on trips, doctors appointments, etc. without actually taking the hard copy. Everything is available and you can go to the merchants listed right through the digital copy! Keep up the great work CL! You are one of a few magazines that even offers a free digital copy when you buy a hard copy subscription. Thank you!
