Your app is awful

I’ ve been an insider for two years and have only been able to use the insider older shows a few times. Obviously, after two+ years, no one cares and especially George. It’s really SAD that no one cares enough to fix it. I use an IPhone 7

Okay but not up to standard

For a subscription based application regular updates should be expected. The iPhone X has been out for well over a year and there is still no update that addresses its format. If you pay for something annually the expectation should be that the provider stays up to date with the latest software formats.

Needs some tweaking

This version is so much better than the last one. However, sometimes the app jumps to the next episode before finishing the current one. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and think the other issue I have is probably an Apple one. When I get a phone call and after it ends, my phone loses it’s focus and starts playing music off my music library.

Love the show but the App leaves much to be desired

I love C2C & George as I’ve been listening to the show for years. The App, however, is frustrating because you can ONLY access it when connected to WiFi & not when you’re getting 4G or LTE. I’d love to read the articles when I’m waiting for an appointment but, sadly, no. I’m not going to ask if I can connect to an office’s wifi to read C2C. It makes the App mostly useless. I have many other apps that are far more interactive that still work w/o wifi so, why can’t this app?!

Can’t pull up shows

The app was working well until the past weekend. It won’t pull up the past shows, which is the reason I use this app. I hope it’s remedied quickly. Otherwise, what’s the point?

I hate putting up with all the commercials! I thought that paying for insider status meant we did not have to put up with that! The app. also sometimes skips to a different podcast instead of the next hour. Needs work! Less commercials!

Great show, mediocre app

I love this show. Enough to deal with the app. Can’t have one without the other so, enjoy! 1. Can’t read the show summary in the app. I often have many new ones when I get to it, trying to choose is random. No way to know what they are talking about so you just pick and pray. 2. It isn’t the same as other audio apps. When you click pause and play with your headphone button, it doesn’t work! It also doesn’t automatically stop playing when you unplug the headphone. Often lose my spot assuming it’s stopped when it hasn’t. 3. Doesn’t hold your place. If you want to come back later, you have to FF to find where you left off. 4. The “play next” button is in a weird place so I’m always hitting it on accident. Which is a hassle because skipping back to your last spot doesn’t work- see #3. 5. They seem to have the same 2 health guys on all the time. And even though they say they are not selling, they really are. The pharmacist guy for sure is. Get some other health people please! 6. Enough politics, get back to aliens!

I really like this radio show so I put up with this nonsense. I have two iPhones I constantly have to uninstall this app and reinstall it because it gets hung up I keep my iPhone is up-to-date. You would think a company that makes as much money is this radio station most with the programming could hire a programmer that knows what he’s doing
