Malfunctioning Segment Download Feature

The download feature periodically stops working and all the segments I’ve downloaded will not play back. I’ve gone to the help desk at least 4 times about this and each time, after going back and forth with them, they say I must delete and reinstall the app. This loses all the segments I’vr previously which means I have to redownload them. I had all this to happen again a week or two ago and within a week none of the segments will play back I am thoroughly disgusted with the app!

Longtime C2C fan. Love the show, and appreciate having access to an app to listen and download my favorite shows on my schedule. However, the app via WiFi is a buggy and freezes frequently with playback problems if you don’t have a great connection. Sadly it doesn't freeze when the returning economist deviates from topic to promote Trump’s White House instead.

Just so sad, with $6.95 from every insider per month, and nothing is done to fix the problems with the app. SOMEBODY SHOULD SHAME THEM OVER THIER PROBLEMATIC APP LIVE ON AIR WITH GEORGE!!!!

Been an insider since 2012 and I always enjoy the great shows George and the C2C team put on! The missing 411 episodes always chill my bones

The C2C app is buggy, was buggy in past, and I have every confidence it will be buggy in the future. A hour show never finishes, just skips to the next show leaving up tp 5 minutes unheard and then forever stays at that point in time in all future attempts to listen unless you delete and redownload . The frustration with this app is apparent in spite of the constant removal of bad reviews by many users. Maybe if the money behind C2C found out that once your membership expires you can continue to download all the shows for free, as I did for about a year, they’d hit the ceiling and get people that know how to code and make an app that doesn’t drive people insane with the consistent bugs.
Frustrating GUI/Lack of shows and search

Browsing through shows is a mess and there’s no search function to find them within the app and you’re highly limited to the amount of shows available in-app. You’re pointed to their website for past shows after a certain date. It’s laboring to scroll through the list broken down by hours with no search.

I am now off at Burke but this one has a better functionality issues I listen to that a lot and it’s easy to use. However, the episode don’t always advancing properly. I heard there was a new version I haven’t seen it or why wonder if it’s from a year ago? If so it’s time for an update.

Wow I haven’t downloaded this app and it’s letting me type a review. From what I see 98% reviews or negative I won’t be downloading this app.
Remove bumper music

Love most everything about the new app. The only problem is that you used to remove the bumper music from the downloads. In the days of streaming music, I can listen to any song I want at any time. I don't pay monthly to listen to your music selections.
