Malfunctioning Segment Download Feature – Coast to Coast AM Insider Review

The download feature periodically stops working and all the segments I’ve downloaded will not play back. I’ve gone to the help desk at least 4 times about this and each time, after going back and forth with them, they say I must delete and reinstall the app. This loses all the segments I’vr previously which means I have to redownload them. I had all this to happen again a week or two ago and within a week none of the segments will play back I am thoroughly disgusted with the app!
