Login Issues

Every time I need to access my bank account, it always seems to not allow me to login. As the app doesn’t serve its purpose majority of the time to be functional. I have to resort to the website for anything relating to my account.

You need to show when purchases are made and withdrawn from account instantly. I have to keep track myself of every transaction made to know exactly what I have left in my account. Every single time I check my account there is a different amount even within a few minutes and not making purchases. I basically would never know what is in my account if I didn’t keep track of all transactions myself. Very irritating! Isn’t this what my bank is supposed to do for me?

I love city by far better than my old bank only problem is it won’t load the correct bank amount saying that I have so much in my account when I have less than that and making me bounce also if you sent a Zelle transaction in the afternoon/night (I work nightshift and need to transfer money if I forget lunch) it takes hours to show up or days! Is this just me or is it a bug?

Every since they updated to the new app this has been one problem after another. Do yourself a favor if you don’t rely on the banking app they are wonderful. This app is the worst ever!
