I can transfer funds, I can deposit funds, and I can even dispute charges if I see one I need to dispute! They fast, courteous, and accurate!

It seems that this app doesn’t keep my balance up to date. Charges to my account don’t show up, or if they do sometimes they disappear. I never know for sure what my balance is.

Literally hate banking with bank. Like most banks they have a sending limit of how much you can send but there’s is literally ridiculously right now you can only send $1,000 per month. This bank also doesnt exist anywhere so good luck ever finding an atm. Most useless and inconvenient bank.

I have been texting City’s customer support since before they discontinued their old app. I had downloaded the new app and started exploring it. I like/liked the checking and saving part of the app, but hate the home loan portion of the app. Here are our text messages: Me (July 9 2020) I understand that the old app will stop working some. I have a problem with the new app, it does not show any activity, ether in or out of the escrow account, on my home loan account. Also it only shows the last 4 payment. The old app would show me all the way back to the very 1st transactions on the loan. When you shut the old app down I’ll need to see this info in the new app! City (July 10 2020) Good Morning K, I am sorry for the delayed response. I have looked into this for you and found that their appeared to an issue in your Loan that needed a super quick and easy fix! This did not affect anything about your loan just simply an error on our end. If you would like to sign off and log back in that should have fixed the issue! Me (June 7 2020) Kasey, Thanks for looking into this for me! I have logged out, close the app And turned my phone off.... I really close the app! Went back in and there is still no escrow account info showing up when I go to my loan transactions. But I can now see the last 5 transactions instead of just 4. But when I scroll to see more it just stops at four. The old app would stop and show the “working/downloading” circle and when that went away you could continue scrolling down all the way to the very 1st loan transaction, stopping now and then to download more info The new app is not doing ether. Not showing more than 5 transactions and none of the escrow info in the break down of my payments in each transaction I think we need to dig deeper. Looking forward to seeing this fixed. By the way the rest of the APP... I love!!! Me (Aug 10 2020) The account transactions are still only showing the last 4 months of transactions and they still do not show the escrow account info. If I can not see/get the info here, then I expect that I can see the statement for the account. When I go to docs it does not show ANY statements for my loan. Me (Nov 6, 2020) Hi, will your app designers have added a “See More” button at the bottom of the list of transactions for the home loans, but it turns out to be just a tease. When you select it, it warns you that you may have to pay for data usage and gives you the option of canceling or continuing. When you continue the circle thing goes round and round and then.... NOTHING! Some times it tells you that something went wrong “Try Again”. Then it goes round and round and again NOTHING! And there is still no info on the Escrow account and the old app used to show the escrow transactions, showing the deposits going into the account and payments going out. Please fix the new app to do the same!!! Other than that... I still love the new app. Just fix the loan part, oh and when you show the escrow transactions please display the escrow account balance under the transactions amount! Me (Feb 27 2021) Today, as of this writing, I have not heard back. I guess City’s digital team did not provide any updates to the nice lady I was texting with. Ether the digital team has said screw the customer or City has decided to not spend the money to fix the new app. In effect saying screw the customer. Ether way the Customer got the shaft!!

I wish the app had the option of a quick view balance instead of having to login every time. For what ever reason I can’t send over like $340 through Zelle which is very inconvenient because that’s how I pay rent. And today the app just started needing me to re-authenticate my account info, logging me out and having to re enter everything.


App dose not work

I downloaded the app yesterday and set it up through my local branch and it worked fine, today I sign in and then I get booted from the app and it will not let me back in, it keeps want me to sign up with a new code but that doesn’t work either, this is getting very frustrating, fix your app please.
