Good luck trying to make a return if you need to because you can’t even though it says you can but ONLY IF YOU ARE INDIAN and the customer service gives you the biggest run around and they don’t listen

They charged you without permission and I just feel unsafe with my credit card being charged like that, the transaction fee was not that expensive but they charged it without my knowledge or permission, they didn’t said anything about it at first and I feel unsafe from it SO PLEASE BE WARNED!!!

السلام عليكم نتمنى دعم اللغه العربيه في وصف المنتجات وفي مربع البحث ونتمنى ايضاً ان تمون هناك كوبونات خصم بشكل عام احببت المتجر ولكن لم استطع الشراء لان في صندوق الوصف للبضاعه ليست بالعربيه كان ذلك محبطاً شكراً

Very disappointed. The clothing on the models along with the photography make on the ads make the clothes look beautiful enough to make to buy them. The reality however is that the clothing is very cheaply sewn together, with very cheap quality fabric. Several of the tops that I ordered had no finished hems, and they were very thin material. They were left with the rough machine stitched edges, some even leaving the ends of the stitches dangling. I was so disappointed that I almost cried because I loved the items online so much and I didn’t at all receive what I was expecting. It just goes to show that you get what you pay for. To top it all off, my order did not ship within the time promised. Within the third week of not receiving my order I had to email them to inquire about my order. I never even got a return email acknowledging my email. The order simply arrived a few days later. Disappointed all the way around. I will not be ordering from Club Factory again. One last thing. You need to order the next size up as the sizes run very small.

I ordered sandal that comes inside plastic mailing through this website it is arrived damage and the seller wants you to pay for the return fee which is cost more that the sandals. Product is damage during shipping seller should be fully responsible for what happens. Don’t buy from this seller
