If I would allowed to give zero star I would have done that. I order shoes which they said would be deliver on the date they gave me. But I never got my shoes and there is no customer services you can talk with this is ridiculous.

I can't believe how they are fooling people, I ordered 2 pair of shoes and 2 dress and trust me they are worst and the cheapest quality for what they charge, it's not even 10% close to what they show. My online shopping nightmare app is club factory please take my suggestion and never ever order anything from this app. I wish I could upload the pictures so I could have shown you the truth.... Cheap quality and worst for what they make us pay.

I Odders my clothes December 19 2018 and now is March 3 2019 still I don’t receive my clothes so disappointed I never gonna use this app again be careful guys before you Odder anything

This app is great for buying stuff you don’t mind them being cheap or smaller than you thought. Good for home stuff and accessories. Don’t buy clothes. I got a swimsuit size S and received a size XL. The return option is a joke as it doesn’t work! Nobody does the process and you end up stuck with clothes that don’t fit. Makeup is also ready cheap quality so I would buy makeup somewhere else.
