No Call Routing

No follow-up from help desk. Strongly considering another Product! The iPhone app is not routing calls, etc... through the app. But, when I go into the website and access my account, I can see everything under the "Activity" tab. No Problem! Please help because I'm missing important calls, messages, etc....via the app.

Hi, So on the app I can see all the calls I’ve made but I can’t see all the calls that I have received. This is soooo annoying, especially since I’ve missed out on so many potential new clients. Please fix this issue.

CloudPhone is Phenomenal! It allowed me to not only cut back on one of my iPhones (the iPhone X), but I was able to use my iPhone 8+ RED and download the App with the Best Plan of $65 Monthly, and have more than 10 #’s at my call anytime to utilize. And seeing that I have multiple Businesses as an Entrepreneur/ Assets Investor and Educator, it works out perfectly for me! ?? Thank you CloudPhone... You Rock!!! I’m going to tell EVERYBODY about this Phone Service.
