I have been using a cloud phone service since early October for my business. Since my job requires face to face meeting with client and employee; we thought cloud phone would be great service; we don't have to be in the office all the time. Everything worked great; no major issues until 2 days ago; we couldn't make any outgoing calls when using cell data. I got hold of their support, they are very responsive but no resolution.

This company does not seem to have the technology to create a working product. Calls do not come through the app as they should, the website is terribly laid out and confusing to do the simplest tasks.

Used to be almost unusable, because timing with call first ring to actually pick up was not handover and synchronized to be useful. By the time you got the ring, the call had already hung up from the other end, or was dropped... Now the App gets better all the time, and calls get to me more reliable.... the app is improving all the time
