Such a frustrating toy! First of all two grown men couldn't get the battery pack open so I had to pry it open. Then the app doesn't connect all the way or long enough to send a message. The lullabies work for two seconds then sends a loud annoying ring sound to the pet. Almost as if you were calling a fax machine. Take this awful thing back! My kids are disappointed and I'm completely annoyed and fully frustrated.

There is nothing more heartbreaking than trying to explain to both your parents (the grandparents) and your baby girl that her new Christmas present is a piece of junk that doesn't do a SINGLE thing it is advertised to do. We cannot get past the first part of the connection (it won't even register that the pet exists), and the few times it has, it disconnects while trying to upgrade the "firmware". I cannot help but believe that every positive review is from paid company spokespeople who are attempting to scam more people. Avoid this company, and help petition apple to drop this app from its store. Do NOT buy this app or product.

This is very cute and the second app is better because no ads pop up. It also allows stories to be read and other games. My daughter loves it. I just wish the messages would go through automatically. If we approve grandparents to send messages why do we have to update it every time? It also doesn't notify us when a new message is sent other than my going into the app itself. It might go to my gmail but I don't use that email. It would also be great if the messages could be longer than 10 seconds. Another idea would be to allow parents and grandparents to read stories to the child. I can't wait to see improvements. So many possibilities with this app. If it had these features I would give it a 5 star.

I got this app for my 2 year old granddaughter. Recording is ok, but I paid for the app to get songs and stories. A total waste of money. The storybooks do not download to the pet. I got one song to play. Do not pay for this app. Not even worth it if it were free.

Wished it would have worked. Spent the $5 to hope this would have worked. Still waiting for the verification email I have repeatedly requested. This was a Christmas gift that turned into a very expensive stuffed animal. Now I'm left with a very sad granddaughter.

Let me preface this with the fact I'm an engineer - just to establish that I am not inept. Can't get stories to load to the bear. Lullabies only play at LOUD volume even if "low" is selected. Tried resetting, yadda yadda. It makes horrid fax-like noises in the middle of a song and now the baby is terrified of the stuffed animal even when it's off. This app was not ready to be released. Wayyyyyy too many bugs. Already deleted it.

This is a cute concept but I hate this app! AND I had to pay for it! It doesn't even work. It never wants to connect, and when it does decide to, it disconnects as soon as I click "send to cloud pet" So my daughter has nothing more than an expensive stuffed animal

You pay $40 for the toy, then really have to buy the app to use it for another $5... and then they offer in app purchases for $0.00 that don't actually work, so you still can't use the full version. Not very good considering the cost. Also slightly complicated to actually use the message center
Teacher and grandmother
I bought the toy on sale for $11.00. I hoped the stories would be good for use in K-2 classrooms and that the message length would be longer than 10 seconds. It's virtually useless as a teaching tool.
