Unresponsive Customer Service

I really love this game and I may change my rating but I am livid right now. Some people mention some crashing and it happens here and there to me - problem is that the last one happened after I bought a $99.99 pack. I didn't get any of the items from the pack however my PayPal was charged for it. Since then I've tried contacting them by Feedback, email, and now review with not one reply. They did respond to my buddy's Feedback which was sent in almost a half a day after mine. I've attached multiple Google Play receipts and other Screenshots clearing showing I paid for the pack and didn't get the items but still nothing. Can someone please either give me my $99.99 back or the 3k gems, 1k purple irobot parts, and 10 perfect summoning scrolls? Thanks!

This was an epic way to pass time and see your favorite political and historical figures beat the tar out of each other. Then they added a bunch of features in an update and now it lags and freezes every time you press the back button or try to go into a different feature in game. If they don’t fix it, I’ll be deleting the app. Oh well. I got a couple months of fun out of it.

Better than other hero games

Game starts off alittle slow but if you put in a hour or two it becomes a great if not one of the best hero games. The characters are designed very well and game has a lot to do for the first month. Only downfall is after the first month there isn’t a lot to do in a 24 hour period. I can pretty much do all the quests in 30 minutes and just ache because I want more to do. Game has so much more potential that I wish it would do more. The more people log on the more people would pay to play so you guys got to figure out a way to have like 2 or 4 hour refresh quests to keep everyone logging in. The bounty board is a way to do that. I love the bounty board and if you could add that in as an every so many hour refresh quests it would help log ins. The campaign you could easily just lower rewards but let us play more of it instead of the awful wait of a level up. Somehow there needs more content in this game and adding new characters won’t be the way to go. Please try and find a way for us to log in more and do more in the game cause I hate having to wait till refresh for a few minutes of fun. I spent a lot and pretty much stopped paying because I’m never on from lack of content. When I am on though it’s one of the best hero games out there. Having characters of political and historical figures is a fantastic idea and makes this game stand out because of it. They also have great feedback and customer support. Plus the FB contests are fun and engaging to the customers. Must try if a game. Please add more content !

Great game, P2W in some ways

I love the game, been playing for months and I can honestly say it’s fun, to an extent. It is very much P2W, but that doesn’t stop it from being fun. Just take about 2 days, do dailies and some missions and you’ll get gems. It’s hard at being high on the ranks when you’re going against people with 100-1,000k more power than I do. I feel like Arena Matchmaking is a little unfair since I have no chance against most of my opponents right now. I feel like the game should be more easier on people who can’t spend money on the game. And in my opinion, never use the Lottery Machine in hopes of getting a Purple Character or a Legendary piece of gear, the chances of you getting any of those or near to nothing and I’ve already spent 60 chips with nothing goo what so ever. Other than all those things it’s a fun game for the first month and then it gets progressively harder as time goes on.

Most games have very similar Guild functions. Although it’s a great way for all members to benefit, they usually lack a trade system between players. It would be awesome to implement a way for players to exchange game items (e.g Heroes, Chips, Equipment). All in all it’s a very entertaining game to play nevertheless.

Cyberpunk RPG. There aren’t nearly enough games like this. If you’re a fan of the old Shadowrun games or the Borderlands series, you’ll definitely enjoy this title. Kudos to the devs for creating a fun and engaging world without needing to use an existing IP. There’s a great fusion of mobile gaming mechanics that make this an enjoyable title. Auto-battle to make sure you’re always progressing and a lack of an “energy” mechanic that would otherwise stall your active playtime combine for non-stop fun without feeling like you’re constantly being milked for irl money. Truly free to play. Can’t say enough how much I love this game!

Amazing...but one flaw

HEADS UP: it's literally not pay-to-play. Getting VIP ranks helps things progress faster and gives you some perks, but it really is not needed to enjoy the game. I see people weaker than me that have spent a fair fortune and I've only played for a month. Some of the best things for me is that as well as that it's not too complicated. It may seem at first, but you'll get the hang of it instantly. I also really enjoy the comical character designs, satirizing famous celebrities, new and old. The one flaw the game has (and it may just be for me because I'm not updating past iOS 9) is that the game crashes a LOT. At random times, typically when tapping on a button, but even during combat, it'll just crash. Actually, there is one more thing, and it's the button pressing: it's really unresponsive and I usually have to tap twice, but it really isn't the worst thing like the crashing. Whatever gud game try it
