Unresponsive Customer Service – Clone Evolution: Cyber War Review

I really love this game and I may change my rating but I am livid right now. Some people mention some crashing and it happens here and there to me - problem is that the last one happened after I bought a $99.99 pack. I didn't get any of the items from the pack however my PayPal was charged for it. Since then I've tried contacting them by Feedback, email, and now review with not one reply. They did respond to my buddy's Feedback which was sent in almost a half a day after mine. I've attached multiple Google Play receipts and other Screenshots clearing showing I paid for the pack and didn't get the items but still nothing. Can someone please either give me my $99.99 back or the 3k gems, 1k purple irobot parts, and 10 perfect summoning scrolls? Thanks!
