I’m trying to cancel the subscription as it was done in error. The link to the website says it isn’t working. I click on the link in the app, and it says access denied. How do I cancel?

I depend on this APP so, so much! A few changes I would like to see are the raindrops (on the hourly map) larger or more distinguishable as they are too faint and small. I would also like to see a setting to change the hourly radar to real time. I don’t think there is a real need by people to see the past weather patterns and the future weather patterns are extremely important to me. The only other criticism I have is future precipitation. Today is 01/14/2022 and they say that Sunday, 01-16-2022 is going to bring a winter storm. Your current forecast says we’re supposed to get .042 inches. This happens frequently. My location is Wappingers Falls New York. All of the other weather reporting agencies are calling for up to 7 inches. This is a problem.

.06 does not tell me what total precipitation I might get. I need to know what the totals will be. I may as well just watch the news on tv.
