Great App but needs help

Brian 76

This app is fantastic for what its designed for but a suggestion that we have is when a shift has been ended, the location service stays on and drains the battery. This is an issue that really needs to be fixed.

Battery killer. Garbage app

Howard_stern_fn

This app is not only a battery killer it utter garbage. If you want to track your employees, just buy hard wired gps units for each vehicle.

Do not get

Oss1A

I had agreed to try this application for our company. I expressed my desires of wishing to track employees with a breadcrumb trail and dispatch calls to each employee. The application doesn't track the employees to any degree of accuracy, sometimes showing the employee as ten miles away when in fact he was in the building with us. The drain on the battery was enormous. It would drain a battery in a 7 hour period down to 18 % from a full charge. This to me is completely excessive since no other uses of the phone were being done. (This was on my phone which sits at my desk all). If I was out in the field and needed to make and receive calls as my techs do, they would be out of power before the day was complete. In my recommendation, I would not get this application until they do as advertised and address the battery drain. I had even decreased the intervals that the phone would check the towers and such and still the battery drain was excessive.

Stop don't do it!!!

This is the worst app by far, and let me tell you why. It does not keep accurate accounts of my mileage. If you drive under a cloud it will stop working but on your interface it looks like it's doing it's job. At the end of the week when your accounting department, the actual miles rarely or never the actual miles you drove. For example at the end of the week it frequently shows I drove 107 miles when in reality I went 150 miles. I spend more time correcting it's mistakes, frequently just give up and I do not receive adequate compensation for my mileage. I have all intentions on giving my notice if my company continues using this program. Not a single employee feels this program works adequately. On the accounting and when I do make my corrections it is so difficult for them to put it in that it appears that I am constantly upsetting other employees. I have worked for this employer for around three months this app has shorted me around $450 dollars. I know that this is not a lot of money but it's the principle of the matter I keep excellent records and I feel I am being nickeled and dime to death on payday.

Huge invasion of privacy

pugdogg

My work told me we need to keep this on so they know where we are in our house. Who would download an app like this!?!? FU

Needs improvement

Indy dadwal

They need to create an app to monitor each employee rather than logging into the website, super annoying. There are other products that do the same thing but much cheaper and easier to use. $16 per month per employee is ridiculous.

Memory usage is out of hand.

Zacharysky82

The memory usage still needs lots of work. I still get to an error telling me it's out of memory.

Street Smart...

X31sC006gvRTAa7

Main screen needs to display active events. Everything is buried and needs drilled down to to find. Too many taps. Only two icons are used by my company, & the icons don't give any info. Not modern

Just No.

Why did I watch this.

This app gives useless alerts for shift start and stop estimates, but can't give an alert when a job is assigned. Icons and menus need flipped through to find anything. The UI looks like the 90's, slows productivity, and is an exercise in frustration for end users. If you're not drilled down through the menus, you can't see what clocks are running, if a new job has been assigned, or if you're on or off shift.

Horrible!

Wouldn't work just a gimmick for your phone number.
