With StreetSmart, field workers with a current license of Clicksoftware’s StreetSmart (formerly Xora StreetSmart) can record location, time and job information and transmit it back to StreetSmart’s secure, web-based management application.
The management application turns field data into actionable information that can be used to help mobile employees meet productivity and service goals.
Mobile employees using StreetSmart can now use their mobile devices to complete electronic timesheets by starting shifts, breaks and jobs, and ending them with a simple touch of the screen. StreetSmart helps streamline manual processes by allowing mobile employees to use their smart phones and tablets to not only fill out custom forms and invoices, but also capture photos, electronic signatures and barcode scans. These are then transmitted back to the office in real time.
Managers can use the web-based management application in any web browser to view locations of mobile employees on a map, assign jobs, set up alerts and generate reports. Constant bugs causing program to force quite and the online version our office uses to assign the jobs to technicians phones has crashed 8 times a day for the past week to the point of now saying page 404 not found. Really difficult to route and assign jobs when can’t access site.

After update on IOS app is it working it comes up blank. you can’t see any forms app opens and that’s about it needs fixing ASAP.

I am not going to say much about Street Smart formally Xora, but what I will say is you can not rely upon this application to notify your couriers. This should not be able to be purchased on any platform. The amount of bugs and updates that don’t fix anything only prevent consistent workflow. Please save your self the headache and look elsewhere. Our company is scrapping this junk.

I've waited along time for Xora to come out on iPhone. Thus far it works great!
Great for employees, but no employer support

My business uses Xora for all our drivers on their work phones, but I need an APP that would allow me to locate the drivers when I'm on the go, I can use the browser, but it takes way more time then doing it on a computer.
