Don’t like new Ad pop ups

Used to love this app, recently advertisements pop up and start playing ad video (BASF). Very annoying, will probably not be using any more.

Your site has a problem with an ad that takes over. The add is from BASF, and will not allow me to listen to anything else.
Boom, it’s gone

I’ve had it. Deleted. Gone. Last time I open the app in a quiet setting and have an intrusive, obnoxious audio blaring in the background. No way to silence it. In addition, a screen filling advertisement popped up with no way to backup without closing the app. Deleted

You’ve got a great app. But seriously. Provide more information than adverts. You’re literally pushing ads in our face every 3 seconds. Have some dignity and respect for your company. This is advertising gone wrong! WE WANT LESS ADS, MORE YOU!
The weather

The weather part of the app needs to be like the online version. Show forecasts, 10 day weather and local maps.
I don’t want videos

Give the choice of seeing the video which isn’t worthwihile (commercials all the time and can’t seem to make it big enough to see). Have options of photos from videos and the actual story I text form. Clicked on too many headlines to find out it’s only a video so I click back out because I don’t want to waste time on dealing with a video I can’t barely see. Fox 2 app is better
