Unable to open app

I just purchased and downloaded the app, entered the registration information, and did not receive a confirmation email. Now I am locked out, cannot login. And when I try to register again it says that it recognizes that the email already exists.

I just purchased it. I created my account. IT WONT LOG IN. I reset the password - but still does not work. There is NO WAY OUT OF THIS APP - There is NO way to contact them. Their website is DEAD. I’m STUCK and it won’t work. I just wasted my money!!!!! DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!!!!!! WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!! STAY AWAY

I paid $19.99 and I can’t use it. It won’t let me login. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again and changed my password 3 times and it still won’t let me login. I’ve tried emailing the company and still haven’t gotten a response.

I setup an account on the app but cannot login. I even requested password change and updated numerous times. There is no contact for support so you are left in the dark. Trying to find a way to be refunded.

I purchased this app and downloaded it expecting to get good use out of it. I registered for a new account, as instructed. The verification link never came. It did let me reset my password - to no avail. I can’t even register again as my email address is already registered. Too bad - I have colleagues that raves about this app.
