This is not bad. It's helpful to have SO with you while your on the road. SO told me the charge is 12 bucks a month after the free trail runs out. That's crazy talk. What a rip.

It's not worth $12 a month but it is step in the right direction. It needs to have the ability to view and edit smart notes, otherwise it's a $12 a month phone directory. *** it's nice they added smartnotes, but you can't read them. What? Why add them if you can't open and read them. I can't wait until this app is fully functional it will be great! Not yet though.

Needs an update

Needs an update to work with iPhone 4 better. It is constantly asking to clear cache. Or it crashes as well. Can we get an update. I'm paying $60 a year for this junk? Come on Ebix! Make a god name for yourself now that you bought out Smart Office crm.

Basic contacts are available and calendar is good, but needs to be matched with SO functionality to be worth the money...ie advisors and opportunities

I have been using SO since they were CDS. The mobile app. Is very helpful in the field but would be nice to have the capability to look up a policy summary list and add/edit smart pad notes.

This app is pretty terrible. Crashes frequently to the point where I have had to uninstall and reinstall it twice in the past couple months. Needs some serious updates if they hope to remain relevant

Just switched from blackberry to iPhone, berrysmart was the ideal mobile application. The iPhone app is a huge disappointment when compared to blackberry functionality.

Its useful & could be indispensable part of our company if it ran like an apple app. UI is clunky & SLOW. I feel like i'm using technology from 10 yrs ago. Very expensive for what it does. I'm amazed a company like Ebix hasn't seen the light here - its a great idea, definitely a need for something like this in our industry.
