I like having my SmartPad notes regarding my clients with me on the road.

Considering what the app is designed to do, the target market for the app, what we pay to use the entire service through eBix, this is a total and utterly useless application. It is cumbersome, hard to look up and add the pertinent information...notes...that users demand. To not be able to close an appointment and add notes to the calendar appointment is both unreal and a compliance nightmare to not have time stamping equal to appointment closing time. Get your act together. Your new iPad app is amazing. Why is the phone lacking?

They put out updates that are not compatable. Why do we pay for something that doesn't work. Waste of money. System went down for a week in February. They said it was servers. I doubt it. There tech support is a joke
