I lost my TH9 level 10 walls because I broke my last phone and received my help from the support team to recover my account. Love the game but wasted time and way to far to just start over

I have loved clash of clans for around uhh 5-7 years. My rating to this game had gone down slowly over the years, because of the bad updates. What has killed the game even more is that they removed global chat. Making it hard for clans to grow. The new “recruiting system” isn’t working at all! My clan has NOT gotten any requests in MONTHS!! My clan is also slowly dying due to the lack of activity.. Add back global chat please! I rarely come onto this game to do ANYTHING! All I do is just collect loot and get off. I’m about to quit this game, so are many people over stuff like this!

I need help supercell

This game is really fun to play. But there is this glitch that happens to me today. I go to clash of clans and I look at how many gems I have and it says I have -4000 gems. Than I go okay it probably just looks that way for some weird reason. But then I go to collect a 350 gem achievement and the negative number goes down and I go that’s really weird. So then I go to click on one of my builders and I click finsh building for 87 gems or something like that and then it just says go to the shop to buy more. So now I’m stuck with -4000 gems. Please help me supercell:(
