I hate it

I got banned for trying to recover my own account!

I lost my account due to not playing in a while. When I transferred devices, it brought me to a new village. I was confused at first and frustrated, until I found out that there was customer support. I contacted them saying that I lost my village, then a robot starts asking me questions about my account then says “I will know let a real person take over. Please give them up to 24 hours to review your case and send you a message” . After waiting for nearly 2 days, I finally got a response from a “support agent”. He asked me questions about my account. I provided him with the devices I played on the account, my previous name, and the location of where I created my account. After 12 hours, he responded asking the date when I started my account and the time of my last playing session - like I have a freaking clue! I told him I was unsure. After an hour, I log back to the village to see if he responded and a screen pops up saying “You have been banned permanently due to account phishing attempts!” How do I get banned for trying to claim my own account! It doesn’t make any sense! I provided the agent with all the information that I knew and I get banned! I don’t know what to do know, I can’t even create a new account, nor get my old account back... ? Countless amounts of hours wasted and this is how I get treated... This is my review and after looking over some other reviews, I see that others have the same exact problem.

If you are a Clash of Clans developer, please read this; I have some constructive criticism. I think there should be a way to separate armies when training, as I do not want troops and spells going into my first army just because my army camps still have space. I often do not fill my army and spell spaces up to the max because it costs elixir, that I might be saving.

Great game, but...

The game is great and possibly the best strategy game right now, but it is very annoying when your troops go after a item other than a cannon or some other defense while that defense is shooting at your troops. My point is you should be able to set a target on certain items. Other wise an amazing game.

90% of the fun in this game was when we were building clans and trying to recruit players. They really screwed up when they removed global chat.

Unfair matchmaking

I honestly love this game but can you creators make builder hall fights more fair what I mean is I have a builder hall level five almost everything is maxed out but I think it’s extremely unfair when I play against builder hall 6 they have twice as good troops and defenses can you please fix this!
