I had an old account from a couple years ago and was hopeful to maybe recover it. I emailed their support team and gave them ALL info they requested! Some of the questions they asked were nearly impossible to answer (such as what my rank was from a 2 year old account) but I answered everything to the best of my ability as they had requested. I even told them that I was ok with starting fresh if they couldn’t help me but instead I got banned. I was not trying to steal someone else’s account. That is childish and this is just a game. Now there is no way I can reach out to them and try to find out why they came to this decision when I cooperated with them entirely. I am very disappointed with SuperCell. Very poor customer service to someone who often played their games and spent actual money on their services!

Best game ever and love the improvements and additions however, it would be amazing if you could attack yourself. Just like you can attack other clan mates that would be pretty neat to attack yourself

This is my favorite supercell game!!! But when u send a invite we should be able to write a letter when we invite someone!!!

Do not install this application if you are not willing to spend your hard earned money in order to keep up stay on a level playing field. You will constantly be raided by people who have far more knowledge of the game and have been playing for years. Not only is there no match making rating to make things fair, these people also spent a considerable amount of money on the game to get to the point they are. There is no use sinking time into the game with the way it is now. You will hit a hard wall and no longer be able to progress after a week. People with active defense, a paid feature that makes your base unraidable for period of time, will non stop raid you. You can’t even fight back because your opponents spent money to be protected. This is one of the worst feelings in a game... If I could even try to defend myself then it would feel like a fair fight, but you can’t in this game and it makes the experience lackluster.

Just want to write this review to say that this game is worth playing and supercell please create a tower defense type of game.

Very fun and entertaining game. It can keep you going for hours. Supercell did a very good job at balancing this game. The only minor problem that I have about this game is that we should be able to privately chat our friends. There’s no point of having friends on the game if we can’t chat with them. Thank you!

Huge AI issues

I have been playing this game for some time now. it’s fun and all but the AI is horrible. I would place my king and pekas down. They would go inside the base like how I want it to do but they would just randomly turn around and run outside the base. FIX THE AI PLEASE
