It’s almost impossible to accurately move you troops. It’s also hard to allocate resources in your cities. Overall the touch controls are Terrible and need to be completely redone.

I see version of this app on YouTube with Tutorial section. I don’t see one with the current version.

I played this game back in 2017 or 2018, and it was great fun. However, now redownloading it, it crashes whenever I try to start a new game. :(

I enjoyed this game on my X-Box 360 and thought I’d give this a go. I knew going in Civ Revolution was a pale imitation of the actual games but this isn’t even able to meet the low standards of a port from a console. The game is limited because you can’t use a controller. Retreating isn’t an option like it was in the console as an example. The controls in general are choppy like accessing your city’s menu. The stats are off for combat heavily favoring your opponent in critical battles. If you’re looking for a faithful adaptation don’t buy this. If you’re looking to get frustrated trying to play an old game this app certainly accomplishes that.

If you've played this series before, nothing new. They did take out the "wait one turn" function which is disadvantageous in many situations if you are trying to move certain units in places as you can over extend their movements and mess yourself up in numerous instances. Can be confusing when multiple units converge on a single tile while trying to scroll. Fortunately, no game breaking glitches found.
