Great game; minor glitch

I love this game however I logged in and collected my money and gold built up from the past day, and had over 2 million dollars. I did not spend any of it, and locked my phone. When I opened my phone back up, I only had 3,000 dollars, with nothing upgraded or purchased ?
Bounty Breeze Issue

This may be kind of minor but I can’t reach the bottom left corner of bounty breeze which I could otherwise use to build. How to fix
Not giving me my gold

Love the game, but the videos in watching for extra gold isn’t being delivered to me. I’ve watched ten videos with no reward. Fix that and I’ll give a higher rating
Sand decorations

I like this game a lot. My only complaint is I can’t put any decorations on sand. There should be sand decorations. And maybe ways we can move buildings from island to island. Otherwise I like that this game isn’t cartoonish like others I have seen

I really liked this game. I was so into playing it and had finally found a game I could get invested in. But now the app won’t even open. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it and still all I see is a black screen.
