Works well, wish it didn't drain phone battery

Unlike some other smartwatch apps, this keeps your Bluetooth connection active the entire time, which in turn doesn't let your phone enter a sleep state.

Great

Really like the watch and app, all I am requesting is make the watch more programmable as far as vibrate goes, would really love to have custom vibrates for certain contacts, thanks!

Need work staying connected

Micmol3t

Link drops after a few hours even with my watch sitting on top of my phone other than that I like it

Will not stay connected after 30 minutes

Tarazena

The watch drops connection after 30 minutes because the developer didn’t program the app to run in the background properly..

iOS 11.0.1

Love the watch, but does not work with new OS. Notifications do not come through. PLEASE FIX!!!

Needs work. Watch is nice and I loved the concept

App has to be running for it to have connection. The app seems pretty easy to use I like how you can customize the notifications. For the price of the watch I was expecting more I guess.

Needs some improvements

Wickey_mard

The app disconnects from the watch 99% of the time. When it works it’s alright. Seems out dated compared to other apps. Would love if the developers fixed some of the issues. Not sure if they just made the app without testing it or just don’t care of how well it works.

Nice looking watch but expect more for the price

Requiring the app to be open to get notifications from the phone doesn’t cut it in today’s world. Update, lowering my rating because you can’t see the watch in the dark. I wouldn’t recommend someone purchase this watch.

Kinda disappointed

I just received the W770 for Christmas and the approx 20 minutes that it stays connected is a joke. The software should be able to set the main, and local times clearly and separately. As well as the alarm. What is the point of vibration for alerts if it won’t stay connected. I had to fight just to update the firmware so I could save the connection to the phone. Please update the app and firmware to give full functionality to us, this is way to expensive of a watch to have it pretend to be able to do something. I love Citizen watches and the idea that a Samsung does a better job for less money is disappointing.
