After finally finding an app that allows me to create a cinemagraph, it’s priced highly at $200!!!! That’s insane! From a customers perspective (whether pro or amateur) that is way too pricey (ESPECIALLY FOR IT BEING YEARLY?!?!?!). If this app was to be pitched to the people over at Shark Tank they’d laugh in your face and kick you off their stage.

Tried over a dozen on 3 different devices. Crashes all the time. 99$ sale price a possibility if it works.

Just wasted 4.99 on an app that is entirely unless I pay another 200 a year. Extremely frustrating, WHAT A SCAM

The app is quite basic in some areas. Actually never mind. I’m no stranger to paying higher prices for certain things then you normally see on the AppStore. Working with DAWs (Auria, Cubasis etc) on iOS is amazing today, because the apps are great, plugins/instruments are desktop quality, both small devs and large companies get along really well (they actually communicate with each other *GASP!*). Look at that part of the AppStore, how are they able to feed their kids without subscription plans for their apps? Ok, I really don’t know as I’m not a dev (but they don’t seem to suffer). I do know the subscription route just killed a big player on the desktop, Cakewalk. They’ve been around since at least the early 90s making DAWs and instruments. Trying to make a living of one single app on the AppStore by using a subscription model...I dunno...Will be interesting to see how long it’ll work. Why am I giving one star though? Coz this ain’t no $300 app (yet).

Honestly, who is going to pay $200 a year to remove a watermark on their very basic cinemagraph video? Super disappointed. If I wanted an app for my computer I’d buy it there. All I want is a simple app for my iPhone. Would have been willing to pay, but not that much.

$300 for a license, otherwise there is a watermark on the middle of your video! Stay away!

Great app, but the price isn’t even remotely competitive for what it offers. I can create something very similar in other video and image editing apps that are far less expensive. The process might take a few more steps, but the results are close enough. There is no reason to charge this much for what amounts to a fancy gif app but with a few more controls. It’s a nice product, but I’ll stick to doing these images in other apps for a fraction of your asking price.
