Unable to redeem tickets

I’ve been trying for days to redeem my grandsons tickets he earned but always get an error message saying try later. My grandson is on spring break next week and would like to use these when we go there but we may not be able to use them. UPDATE: will probably delete this app since I can’t get help to redeem the tickets.

It does not allow you to redeem your tickets !!!!! It always say sorry try again another time !!!!

When I try to redeem my tickets I get through the whole process of my age, a math problem, and my email it tells me error there was a problem please try again later. So in other words, it will not send the tickets to your email. Please fix!!!! Thanks
Can’t redeem tickets

It needs an update!! They will not let you redeem your tickets anymore.
It won’t let me “cash out” my tickets

I’ve tried playing on 3 different electronics and all 3 will not let me “cash out” my tickets at all. So now I have a total of 1500 tickets and no way to get them.
