Unable to redeem tickets – Chuck E. Cheese Skate Universe Review

I’ve been trying for days to redeem my grandsons tickets he earned but always get an error message saying try later. My grandson is on spring break next week and would like to use these when we go there but we may not be able to use them. UPDATE: will probably delete this app since I can’t get help to redeem the tickets.
